Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
More than 72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Complete refund excluding transaction fees
Processing Time: 5-7 working days
Transaction Fee: €50 for payments via card
Conditions: Must be requested through written communication, email or telephone
24-72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Half of the total charter cost
Processing Time: 7-10 working days
Transaction Fee: €25 subtracted from the refund amount
Conditions: Cancellation must be justified; administrative charges apply
Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: No refund will be provided
Exception: Emergency situations may be taken into account
Alternative: A charter voucher might be issued at the discretion of the management
Conditions: Supporting documentation required for emergency cases
Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Commitment to Weather Safety
Our foremost concern is safety. Should there be a determination by our qualified captain that weather conditions are not conducive to safe charter operations, we offer adaptable alternatives:
- Full Refund: If it's not possible to reschedule, a full refund will be given
- Change of Date: Rebook your cruise to an open date without incurring extra fees
- Voucher for Charter: Obtain a voucher valid for one year from the initial charter date
Protocol for Weather Evaluation
Weather evaluations conducted by us encompass:
- An examination of wind velocities and patterns
- Reviewing sea conditions and wave heights
- Forecasts of visibility and precipitation levels
- Notices and alerts from the Coast Guard
- Assessment of safety from our professional captain
Timing for Decisions: Decisions regarding cancellations due to weather are made at least 4 hours before the planned start time.
Refunds Due to Medical Emergencies
Emergency Considerations
We empathize with the occurrence of unforeseen medical emergencies. Consideration may be given under the following circumstances:
- Sickness or injury requiring hospital care
- Passing of a direct relative
- Unexpected military orders
- Being summoned for jury duty or in response to a subpoena
- Natural calamities impacting travel plans
Essential Documentation
In the event of a request for an emergency refund, please furnish us with:
- Documentation from medical facilities or certificates
- Certificate of death, if relevant
- Legal orders from the military
- Notices for jury service or court orders
- Official statements pertaining to travel or disaster conditions
Refund Handling: Emergency refunds are handled within 3-5 business days following receipt of the appropriate documentation.
Refunds in the Event of Operational Issues
Problems with Yacht Functionality
In the event that the designated vessel suffers from solvable technical issues:
- Replacement Yacht: Efforts will be made to offer a similar quality vessel
- Complete Refund: Should no fitting replacement be available
- Partial Refund: If the replacement vessel has different pricing parameters
- Compensation: Additional reimbursement might be extended for any inconvenience caused
Unavailability of Crew
In exceptional scenarios wherein certified personnel are not available:
- A substitute crew will be found if feasible
- A full refund will be provided if the cruise cannot be conducted
- An option to reschedule without financial penalty

Refunds are provided using the same method as the original transaction when possible:
- Credit Card Payments: 5-7 business days
- Direct Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
- Physical Currency/Check: 3-5 business days

Credit Card Fees
€50 charged for cancellations that occur more than 72 hours ahead
Bank Transfer Charges
€25 charged for all reimbursements done via bank transfer
International Handling
Extra charges may be levied for transactions processed internationally
Generating Charter Vouchers
Scenarios for Issuance of Vouchers
Vouchers for future cruises may be granted in lieu of a refund under certain situations:
- Cancellations that occur with less than 24 hour notice
- Cancellations due to inclement weather
- Voluntary alteration requests
- Service disruptions of an operational nature
Stipulations for Vouchers
- Validity Period: Valid for 12 months from the date of issuance
- Non-transferable: Vouchers cannot be transferred to another party
- Monetary Value: Equivalent to the full amount of the charter without processing costs
- Applicability: May be used for any available yacht charter
- Expiry: No prolongation beyond the one-year mark
Refunds for Partially Rendered Services
Service Disruptions
If your journey is halted or abbreviated due to our company's oversight:
- Refund proportionate to the undelivered service duration
- Credit for an equivalent future yacht charter
- Complimentary upgrades or additional services
Disturbances Caused by Guests
If a voyage needs to be curtailed early due to actions or breaches of safety by guests:
- No reimbursement for the remaining period
- Completion of the payment is obligatory
- Potential extra costs may be incurred
Negotiating Refund Disagreements
Should you contest a refund judgement, the following options are available to you:
- Solicitation of a secondary evaluation by our managerial staff
- Provision of additional documentation or corroboration
- Engagement with consumer advocacy groups
- Exercising legal options in accordance with the law

Your request will be acknowledged within one day, assessed against our policy, a determination provided within two days, and any approved refunds processed within the specified periods.
Guidelines of Note
- All claims for refunds must be issued in a documented format
- Refunds are conducted in €, regardless of the original transactional currency
- Acquisition of travel insurance is highly advised
- Changes to this policy will be communicated 30 days in advance
- Refunds are subject to local taxes and legal stipulations
